If you would like to be considered for representation by JL, please fill out the form below.

For Models, please attach at least one head shot and one full length body shot in JPEG format no larger than 300KB. For photos- light make-up, hair off the face, and a simple form-fitting outfit is best.

For Talent you may also mail your demo reel, 8x10 head shot in colour or black and white, along with your resume to #P.O. Box 208 #505-8840 210th Street Langley BC V1M 2Y2.

Thank you for your interest in JL Model Talent Management. Due to time restrictions we can not accept calls regarding follow up to submissions. Once we have received your submission we will respond to you either by email or phone within 10 days. All auditions are by appointment only.

If you would like your photos and/or demo reel returned, you must send a self-addressed envelope with postage paid otherwise materials will not be returned. Thank you.
